Music has the power to move people, transcend boundaries, and create unforgettable moments. This belief has driven me for over 20 years. As a conductor and music director, I lead multiple orchestras in the Stuttgart region – from youth orchestras to symphony orchestras – shaping programs that bring both classical masterworks and contemporary pieces to life. Every concert is a new opportunity to inspire musicians and audiences alike, and to create something truly special together. Beyond the concert hall, I bring musicians from across Europe together each year – for an intense shared experience that goes far beyond playing music. Over all these years, I have come to see that the principles which make an orchestra truly sing – deep listening, clear communication, and a shared vision – are universal. It is an experience and perspective I am glad to share with leaders and teams looking for fresh inspiration.
